Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ApplyLoom. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

ApplyLoom provides AI-powered tools to improve your job application. Our services include:

  • CV Review — an ATS score and a fix-by-fix breakdown of your CV.
  • LinkedIn Optimizer — a profile score plus ready-to-paste headline, About and experience rewrites.
  • Cover Letter — a tailored cover letter for a specific role, plus alternative versions.
  • CV Tailoring — your existing CV rewritten to match a specific job description, using only the information already in your CV.

Each tool is $9 for a single use. CV Tailoring and Cover Letters are also available unlimited for 30 days through the Job Hunt Pass. A free preview is provided before any payment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ApplyLoom. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are submitting your own CV.

3. Payments

All payments are one-time charges. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. ApplyLoom does not store your payment details.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees if you are paying in another currency.

4. Delivery of Services

Digital reports and rewrites are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at support@applyloom.com.

5. No Employment Guarantee

ApplyLoom improves the quality and ATS compatibility of your CV. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in job interviews, employment offers, or any specific outcome. Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers and are outside our control.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload CVs or documents belonging to other people without their consent.
  • Use ApplyLoom to generate fraudulent or misleading CV content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our service or outputs for commercial purposes.
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape the service.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your CV content. The analysis, report, and rewritten CV generated by ApplyLoom are provided to you for your personal use. ApplyLoom retains ownership of its scoring models, technology, and platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

ApplyLoom is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of income or employment opportunities.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Contact us at support@applyloom.com.
