• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and session duration, collected anonymously to help us improve the service.

3. CV Data Retention

Your CV content is stored temporarily to generate your report. It is automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload. We do not retain, share, or use your CV content for any purpose beyond generating your requested report.

Your email address is retained only to deliver your report and any follow-up communications directly related to your purchase. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at support@applyloom.com.

We use the following third-party services to operate ApplyLoom:

• Email delivery provider — to send your report and receipt to your email address.
